If you're still training for your half marathon, it might seem a bit early to ask the question: "What will you do afterward?"  Your half marathon training schedule has been keeping you busy until now.  How about some Caribbean travel when the race is over?

The best thing you can do for your body, if you can, is to take a relaxing vacation.  And it just happens that, with low air fares, there is cheap travel open for the rest of this year.  How would you like a vacation on a Caribbean Island?

If you have been following me for a while, you know that I just got back from a trip to my home in Roatan.  With the economy and political scares about Honduras, Roatan was very quiet.  (Regarding the political scares, it's a bit like being afraid to go to New York because of the fires in California!)

Air fares are down, the island is quiet and there are good tables to be had in the restaurants.  To say nothing of low traffic on the diving and snorkeling reefs!  Meanwhile,a huge new mall has opened five minutes from my home, making shopping a (Caribbean) breeze!
